The name on your check in information that is not yours is the name on the door. The property owner has fictitious names at all their addresses and these never replace them.
It is also the name on which it is written at the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). If the tenant is to receive mail, they can put their name on the door as well, but in order to register at the tax office they need to register C / O.
