The reason why your deposit may be delayed may be because there has been some damages in the apartment. If this is the case, we will have to make a decision on how much it will cost. When this is done, we will notify you of how much it will cost to repair the damage (s). When this is done we will need your approval before we pay the remaining amount of the deposit.
