- Create listing - Enter general information about your property
- Book a Personal Meeting (One of our Local Agents who will come to your property to create a complete listing, free of charge, if your home is in an area where we operate)
- Advertisement - We take care of and pay for all advertisement
- Approved Tenants - We perform, profile, reference and credit control on all applicants and only present the approved tenants. You decide which approved tenant to proceed with.
- Sign a digital contract - Once you have chosen to proceed with one of our approved tenants, you will receive and sign a digital contract straight from your E-mail inbox.
- Support - We support you from day one unitl the day you return to your home.
- Service on Demand - In case of need of service, we will engage our partners who will assist you.
