Yes, you need to pay one month's deposit on all properties unless other information is stated in the property ad.
2 days after you have moved in to your property, you will receive an invoice covering one month's deposit + rent for the remaining days of the month.
NOTE* The deposit is kept by Renthia on a trustee account and refunded to you within 10 days after end inspection given there are now damages to the property.
