As a landlord you decide whether or not to terminate the contract with the tenant. At Renthia, we are doing our best to verify all tenants and only present what we call "Approved tenants".
If a tenant stops paying rent, Renthia covers one month's rent and you as a landlord can claim the deposit. You can read more about Renthias payment guarantee in our Terms & Conditions §23.
A recommendation in case of non-paying tenants is to terminate the contract.
