As a landlord you can maximum get a compensation of the deposit + 15,000 SEK for damages occurred in the property.
Renthia will decide the amount based on video/photo proof provided by the landlord within 7 days after the end inspection. Renthia excludes normal wear and tear and will not compensate cost of labor, external damages, transportation or taxes. The following objects are excluded from Renthia's guarante: Art, jewelry, money and personal belongings such as computers, ipads, wallets or clothes.
