All payment transactions are managed via Renthia. The tenant pays the rent to Renthia and then we pay the rent to the landlord within 48 hours. In case of late payments or non-payments, Renthia guarantees one month's rent which means that you will still receive the rent once without payment from the tenant.
NOTE* In case of repeated late payments or non-payment, you will be given the option to terminate the contract. If you still choose to proceed with the tenant it is on your own risk.
