An application is not a commitment and only an indication of interest which is completely free of charge.
Simply browse through our available rental properties and once you find any property of your interest do the following:
1. Click "Apply now"
2. Login/Sign up
3. Enter the information required
4. Upload your ID and Employment letter or Payslips from your profile settings on Renthia.com
Once you have done this, Renthia will verify your application, approve you and present you to landlord. The landlord agrees to your profile and a digital contract is sent to your E-mail inbox.
NOTE* Landlords want to see a complete profile so make sure to complete your profile properly.
NOTE* The documents you upload are kept strictly with Renthia and not shared with the landlord. The landlord only sees your description and photo.
