To book an apartment or any type of property, make sure to have an account at www.renthia.com, it is free of charge.

You can either sign up by clicking "Sign up" on any page of the website and then apply, or you can simply visit any property page and click "Apply now". From there you will be directed to a sign up page.

- Click "Apply Now"

- Sign up or Login

- Enter all fields required

- Upload ID, Payslips and other documents required.

Once done with above bullet points, you will get approved by Renthia and presented to the landlord.
