80% of Renthia's tenants are expatriates looking to move abroad and before re-locating, they need a rental agreement signed. Therefore Renthia offers complete listings with photos, video tour (digital showing) and complete property details so that our tenants sign an agreement without the need of physical showings.
Instead as a guarantee, our tenants do not pay anything until two days after move-in. During this time, they can report anything they feel is not in accordance with agreement.
*Note that you don't pay anything until 2 days after you have moved in, and if the property is different from what you have seen in the ad, you can simply report this back to Renthia.
